https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/email/add-custom-verified-domains?pivots=platform-azp#configure-sender-authentication-for-custom-domain

I am trying to follow the document above to configure email for my domain. I have tried at least four times to verify the domain however it does not work. I have added the required TXT record per the instructions. The only error I get is "Could not verify. Click configure to try again". My DNS is hosted by Azure.

Please assist.

Thank you.

    Update- Issue is resolved-

Cause: Based on the generated message in the Azure EaaS screen when verifying TXT records for verification the TXT name field was shown as the domain name.

Resolution: After reviewing the TXT record fields in the Azure DNS zone, it was determined that instead of using the domain as the TXT name value it needed the “@” which is conventional for DNS TXT records.

@Sam Wheat Glad to know issue is resolved.
