Using GPT-4 on Azure OpenAI with File Attachments

good morning,

I use gpt4-o on azure openai, and since this model is multi-model I would like to use it with images, pdf, files as attachments like we use on openai, is this possible with azure openai? how can I do it?

    I found that GPT4-o on Azure OpenAI can only accept text and images as input, and not PDFs or other file types. GPT-4o is the latest model from OpenAI. GPT-4o integrates text and images in a single model, enabling it to handle multiple data types simultaneously.
