Unable to correctly print all tabs/files from Excel that was shared document

I have a user who has access to a shared SharePoint site and user downloaded an excel file on his pc locally. User then attempts to copy and paste 4 certain tabs from the excel file to a new excel file removing any hyperlinks and any attachments. The user proceeds to print out the excel file with the 4 tabs but Excel only prints out 3 so the user has to reprint the page for it to print the 4th page. How do i fix this?

    Has this user tried other shared workbooks with multiple sheets?

    Are all Worksheets shown in the print preview?

    Please check whether issue also occur with "Microsoft Print to PDF".

    • If this issue does not occur, I suggest you update or re-install the printer drive.
    • If yes, the issue is reproduced, make sure sheets have the same orientation (Landscape/Portrait).
