I am reaching out from IRO Salud regarding an issue with our automated emails, sent via make.com, being marked as spam. This issue is significantly impacting our communication.

Could you advise on whether this could be related to our HTML email structure? Any recommendations on settings or practices to improve our emails’ deliverability to the inbox would be greatly appreciated.
