Error when creating "Azure Spring Cloud".

Hi!

In our corporate Azure subscription I am trying to create an Azure Spring Cloud entity. We’d like to use Azure Spring Cloud Config Server.

When I get to the final step in the wizard I get this error and, surpsisingly, when I click on the message there is nothing more displayed.

    I have tried to repro the scenario and it works absolutely fine with no issues.
