I lost my phone and I could not reset my password due to two step verifaction.

Dear Sir,

I lost my phone and and my phone number was added as two step verification process. But I need to login my account. Unfortunatly I also lost my password thats why I could not login to my account please support me. I also procees my email verification at the first step and caould proceesd second stem.
