Training of Custom Classification Model Failed in Azure Document Intelligence

I trained my model on some documents and it was working fine, then to improve accuracy i uploaded scan png of the pdf as well. Now my model is failing with the Internal Server Error, I have tried to see the logs but could not found anything there, I have also wrote a .NET console application to build my model and get the error in details but it is still the same, My model is failing during the training. Can somebody help me to debug and fix that issue?

For debugging purpose, check common issues like scanned Png file formats are of high quality and properly formatted. Verify that both the PDFs and PNGs have consistent formatting and content. Ensure you haven't hit any Azure resource limits or quotas. Double-check all logs in the Azure portal, even if the error message is generic. Train the model with a smaller subset of documents to identify if a specific document is causing the issue.

Thank You for your response, I have tried all of these approaches but nothing is working also, for example if i have 40000 documents and due to one document the model fails, how am I going to identify that? the model should skip the file instead of taking hours and failing.

The InternalServerError during your model training typically indicates issues with the data or service. Ensure the scanned PNGs are high-quality and consistent with your PDFs. Check Azure's documentation for any size or format constraints and ensure you haven't hit any resource limits.

Try training with a smaller subset of documents to isolate issues. Review detailed logs in the Azure portal and implement detailed logging in your .NET app to capture more error information. You can also preprocess your documents for consistency and try alternative formats.
