Most of our firm uses corporate-owned, entra-joined devices managed by Intune. Win32 apps show up in the company portal app list just fine, but we have a couple of BYOD devices set up as Entra-Registered. Those devices only show the Office App in the store and none of our Win32 apps.
I have already examined the IME logs and saw nothing of note. From everything I see online, it appears that deploying Win32 apps to Entra-Registered devices should be possible so long as they are enrolled in Intune.

@TJ Yurek, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To make the app show in company portal, we need to assign the app to user group under "Available for enrolled devices". Please confirm if we do the same thing. If not, change to it and see if it is working.

The application is already assigned as "Available for enrolled devices" to a user security group to which the BYOD user belongs. Despite this, the app still does not show up in the company portal app list.
The app is already assigned to a security group under the "Available for enrolled devices" section. The BYOD user is a member of the group.
@TJ Yurek, Thanks for the reply. Based on my testing on an Intune enrolled device which is Microsoft Entra registered. I can see the app in company portal.
Please check the user sign in company portal is the primary user of the device. Also please ensure the group you add under "Available for enrolled devices" is only with users include. Not any device mix in this group.
In addition, please check if the user is with Microsoft Intune Plan 1 license assigned.
The user uses a personal Microsoft account to log into the device. He uses his company account to log into the company portal app. Do entra-registered devices still require the company sign-in to the device as well as the company portal? I didn't think that was required.
User is licensed with M365 E5 License (includes Intune Plan 1)
@TJ Yurek, Thanks for the reply. For personal device, it can't login using company account by design. I use local account login. It's OK. How about the primary of the device? Is it the same one we use to sign in company portal.
And also for the group we add in the app assignment. Is it only having user included?
Yes, the device shows in Company Portal as a personal device with the user in the security group as the primary user. All of my Win32 apps refuse to show up in the Company Portal. The only app I can get to show up in the Company Portal is the built-in office apps (not Win32).
