I am requiring to manage my corporation device via Intune. I have added details of the Android devices to Intune Corporate Device Identifiers. Does not matter if i add the device with the IMEI number or S/N, after the user sign's into the Intune Company Portal App, Apps will deploy to the device with no issues at all, my concern is that in Intune Corporate Device Identifiers i only see the date the device was added but Status says Not Contacted & Last Contacted Not Applicable. I have now been sitting with this issue for some time and am not able to get this working correctly. Hope there is someone that can assist me.

I have done some research about this issue, it may be because your device was enrolled to Intune first and then you added the device identifier, so the problem you described occurred.
You can try to add the corresponding identifier to Intune first and then enroll the device to Intune, and to check whether the issue can be fixed.

Thanks for reaching out, this is a brand new device which i first loaded all deails on Intune Corporate Device Identifiers, i then downloaded the Intune Company Portal app on the device, logged in to Intune Company Portal app on device with the user that is getting the device, after a few min the apps started to populate in the Work profile on the phone, but when i return back to Corporate Device Identifiers there is no data displayed, only displays Status says Not Contacted & Last Contacted Not Applicable

Here are some other suggestions you can refer to fix the issue.
1.Make sure that the devices are enrolled in Intune, and wait for some time, only after device finish device enrollment, the Corporate Device Identifiers Status and Last Contacted can show correct.
2.Check the device's internet connectivity. The device needs to be connected to the internet to communicate with the Microsoft Intune service.
3.Check the device's Intune Company Portal app settings. Make sure that the app has the necessary permissions to communicate with the Microsoft Intune service.
4.Try to unenroll the device from Intune and delete Corporate Device Identifiers, then re-add Corporate Device Identifiers and enroll in Intune.
