i have a business O365 account login required MFA from a lost device
I have a business O365 account that has purchased O365 license for a year.
Today when i try to login, it required a MFA code from Microsoft Authenticator. However the device that is with Microsoft Authenticator has lost.
We only have 1 admin user created before. Need urgent help on how to access the account.
When i try to create a case or talk to live support, it required me to login with my business account which i currently do not have access to.
What is the next step to carry out now? Is there any steps we can do to temporary disable the MFA or allow a single login with some verification?
