Thanks for your post! The error itself is more generic but I would recommend confirming that you have met all of the prerequisite requirements for configuring the Data Collection settings:
- Ensure that you have activated the Permissions Management Administrator role in your tenant.
- Ensure that you have activated the appropriate license and that it is compliant (Microsoft Entra Permissions Management license or volume licensing/Enterprise agreement license)
- Follow the prerequisites for onboarding the relevant authorization system to your tenant.
