Hi,

I am trying to switch to new Outlook but some features are missing.

Conditional formatting is critical to quickly spot emails from specific senders etc.

It is implemented partially and I can get the subject in a color (but a small set is only available without any highlighting colors) and we cannot change font.

Could you enable new Outlook to change the full box (sender, subject and even the background for instance) with a conditional formatting please?

    Hi @ Tux1

    Welcome to our forum!

As I known, not all conditional formatting options in classic Outlook are available in new Outlook. Changing font and the full box (sender, subject and even the background for instance) is not yet supported in the New Outlook. Please kindly understand that many functions are not designed at present. If you are obsessed with these features, I am afraid that you may turn back to the legacy Oulook.

In addition, to get this feature more quickly, I have found a post in feedback collection website and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. You can also make suggestions on that website and hope Microsoft will notice this in the future.
