Free Allowance Multiple tenants

If company creates multiple Azure Maps resources under the same tenant, I’m presuming the free allowance is only linked to the tenant and not each individual resource? Meaning that if a customer has multiple tenants (One for each end customer) they would have separate free allowances to use?

    I believe that at most, it would be at the subscription level, but likely at the resource level. It wouldn't be possible for it to be applied across multiple tenants.
