    Hi Shyam Babu,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A forum.

I understand that you're looking to access Azure Machine Learning for practice and assessment, and you're interested in a sandbox environment. Unfortunately, a sandbox is not generally available for all machine learning exercises, and an Azure subscription is required.

To assist you in this, I recommend signing up for a personal Azure account. Microsoft offers a free trial account which gives you complimentary access to various Azure products for 12 months, along with a $200 credit for the first 30 days. This will allow you to explore over 40 services that are available for free.

You can sign up for the Azure Free Trial subscription here: Create Your Azure Free Account Today | Microsoft Azure

Additionally, there's a specific Azure Free for Students offer: Azure Free for Students

For more information, you can refer to the Azure Free Trial FAQ: Azure Free Account FAQ | Microsoft Azure

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
