Can not create new azure subscription

my credit card was disabled and because of this my subscription is deleted becasue of unpaid invoices.

I want to reactivate it or create new supscription.

How can I do this.

    In additional to Andreas, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    Go to the Azure portal.

    • Click on “Subscriptions” in the left menu.
    • Find the subscription you want to reactivate.
    • Click on it to view details.
    • Look for the “Activate” or “Reactivate” button.

    unfortunately I do not see my subscriptions from subscriptions menu butfrom "Cost Management + Billing" I see my subscription as "deleted" and I can not create new one :(
