Hello,

We've been having issues with a certain calendar not syncing for many users. They will create a meeting on the calendar then it will disappear after 10 seconds. Now other shared calendar's work completely fine for those same users. There are a couple work arounds, if I go file-- account settings --- account name--- un check cached mode this seems to fix the issue but slows down outlook significantly and cannot be used as a permanent solution. The other way is using the web they can create meetings completely fine that stay on that calendar.

Things I've done:

  • Complete repair uninstall and reinstall of office 365 products.
  • sign out and restarts
  • tried new and old outlook

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

    Hi @Hill, Ryan ,

    Welcome to our forum!

In order to better resolve you case, please provide more information about your case:

    • Does this issue occur with all meetings created in the shared calendar?
    • And when does this issue occur with all users who have access to the shared calendat?
    • In order to further confirm if the issue related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to OWA and do the same test to check if the issue persists.

According to your description, i notice that the issue disappeared after you disabled cached mode. Considering the impact of corrupted data file or Outlook profile, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

    Hope to help you!
