In order to better resolve you case, please provide more information about your case:
- Does this issue occur with all meetings created in the shared calendar?
- And when does this issue occur with all users who have access to the shared calendat?
- In order to further confirm if the issue related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to OWA and do the same test to check if the issue persists.
According to your description, i notice that the issue disappeared after you disabled cached mode. Considering the impact of corrupted data file or Outlook profile, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.
