I configured a chat application in Chat playground but "Deploy to a web app" not working

In Chat playground, i was able to configure a chatbot application using GPT-3.5 turbo. I can test the chatbot and it works fine. I added my own data and it is all working well. When i click on the button "Deploy to a web app" nothing happens. I do not get any error notification or pop up and i do not get any options to deploy. Why isn't the button working?
