    Hi, IniobongNkanga-8038

Could you provide more details so that I can better understand this issue?

1.Are you not receiving messages from any sender or from a specific sender?

If this is the case of the former, you can check if mail server that the MX record points to is valid and properly configured. These servers must be able to accept and process messages, or these emails may be lost.

If the latter is the case, is the sender an external or an internal sender?

2.Did the sender receive the NDR message?

3.Check if there are transport rules that you can use to block receiving emails.User's image

4.Check your spam folder for missing emails.

5.Check if email forwarding is enabled.

6.Check whether your mailbox storage is full or close to your limit.User's image

7.Check the mail flow status in the EAC.User's image

Did you do anything else before the problem arose? If you have additional information, please provide it to me.

If my answer is helpful to you, please mark it as the answer so that other users can refer to it. Thank you for your support and understanding.
