Can not add CNAME record value to verify email service

After a domain is verified for Email communication service, the next step is to authenticate via SPF and DKIM. The instructions below require that a CNAME record be created and a value be set. See this screen cap:
However it is not possible to create a value for a CNAME record in Azure DNS. There is no field for value in this screen:
