Unable to run query on Synapse Serverless SQL Pool suddenly

I have a few of external table in an Azure Synapse Analytics Serverless SQL Pool which I need to query frequently. I suddenly got this error today. [This query cannot be executed because we can't get enough capacity for optimal performance in time. This can be an intermittent issue. Please retry later.]

May I know how can I fix this error?

What is the meaning of capacity here?

It is up and running again but I didn't do anything. May I know what is the cause to prevent this from happening again?

@Kenny Wong (HK) did you experience the same issue today as well? Since 2-3 days serverless is poorly reliable for me as well.

Go serverless they said. There is less downtime than on-prem they said.
