I got Visual Studio Enterprise Licence from my company. I went to https://my.visualstudio.com/ and downloaded Visual Studio and everithing works fine, VS Licence is activated. With this licence i also got $150 Azure montly credits. When i click on Activate Credits from Visual Studio, it redirects me to https://signup.azure.com/ where it says:
You’re not eligible for this benefit
This benefit is only available to users with an active Visual Studio subscription.
I tried re-sign in and also different browsers.

Once your subscription is active, go to the Benefits page using the same account.
The credits can be activated:
Just follow the on-screen instructions.
In the end, navigate to the Azure portal and again log in using the same account. Now, you should see the subscription that you have access to add resources.
If you have activated the Microsoft credits, first login into the Azure portal:
portal.azure.com
There, check if you have selected the right subscription:
- Select the right email address account in the right upper corner
- Optionally, within the account, you need to switch directory:
It could be a popup is already shown with the amount left for this month...
Otherwise, navigate to 'Subscriptions'.
Notice the scope is at 'directory' level.
A list of subscriptions could be seen, select the right subscription and check if you have access to create resources.
