child to parent synchronization shows older date

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Are all the child sites in 1/1/1900 secondary sites? If yes, the same behavior as mine. Database replication works well in my environment. Do you have any database replication issue? Per my experience, it may be a display issue.
