Is it possible to add existing Azure VM to Session host pool (Azure WVD) ?

Hello!

Is it possible to add existing VM to session host pool (Azure WVD)? If so, please share the steps to do so.

I found same question asked earlier, but I could not find the answer mentioned. As documents have updated.

    Hi @Ritika Laddha

    You can create new virtual machines (VMs) to use as session hosts and add them to a host pool natively using the Azure Virtual Desktop service in the Azure portal

    Install the Windows Virtual Desktop Agent and Agent Bootloader.

    Generate a Registration Token (Generate a new key and copy it)
    On Agent Installation Paste the registration token into the installer when prompted.
    The VM should appear in the list of session hosts for the host pool
