Sharepoint on-prem. Change from classic to modern

Hello, We have several farms, one being 2019 and another is Subscription Edition. We want to change the Sharepoint to modern experience using powershell, or any other easy way. This is an on-prem environment. How can we do this without manually going to settings and changing for each list/library and so on?

    By design, we can't convert classic site to modern site in SharePoint on-prem by using PowerShell.

    There is no such PowerShell available for SharePoint on-prem, only available for SharePoint online.
