We are a small non-profit organization, we do not have the possibility to use MFA for the moment, so we disabled the forced authenticator move from MS.
Since this morning, we have 1 user that is forced to use a code from the outlook mobile app. An app not installed on his personal phone.
We can work around this, for now, as he is only forced to use the code on one of his devices, it is not required when using RDS.
However I cannot find any reason why he is the only one impacted. MFA status is obviously disabled on his profil.
Can you help me?
