Hi @ Mohamed Raheesh
Welcome to our forum!
To better assist you to solve the problem, could you please describe more about the issue?
- Does the issue occur on the Outlook desktop client? Do you use the New Outlook or Classic Outlook?
- How do you have a shared mailbox, assigned as a delegate by someone or added as a member of a shared mailbox by your admin?
If you are assigned as a delegate in the Classic Outlook, it is suggested that please contact your manager to remove (File>Account Settings>Delegate Access>Remove) you as a delegate and share the calendar with Folder permission ‘Can edit’ to you:
- As a manager: Right-click the calendar>Properties>Permissions>Add delegate’s account>Permission, choose 'Can edit'>Apply, OK.
- As a delegate: File>Open & Export > Other User's Folder>In the Folder type list, click the calendar folder.
If you are assigned as a delegate in the New Outlook, you may refer to the article and contact your manager to change the permission.
If you are added as a member of a shared mailbox by your admin, please kindly understand that there is no direct way to disable the outlook shared calendar receive mail notification, i am afraid that you need to contact your admin to remove you from the shard mailbox in the Exchange Admin Center (EAC).
Hope it helps!
