Hi

If I got to non-profit offers page, I see below

But, for the Azure service, if I go to Subscription under Azure, and under billing,

for the next invoice settlement, I still see it will be charged to VISA credit card

How do I make sure the payment is made from granted Azure credit for my account.

Hello @Jun Lim Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to help!

From the screenshots you provided, I think there is another Microsoft service that is being used and payment is made through VISA credit card as mentioned. To better handle this case, I strongly recommend contacting Azure billing and subscription management support to validate your account details and unlink the VISA card to ensure the payment is made through Azure grant credits.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

    Hope this helps!
