SCCM Client installed partially

Hello Experts ,

I have discovered that some of servers has no clients installed , so i tried to troubleshoot of of those servers , with client push it does not work , so i had to do it manually , after installed it manually i can see its partially installed , not all modules there , and its still showing under SCCM console that it has no client :

I did some searches and tried different parameters when installing it but still no luck ,
I can see from logs that's its not able to reach the MP , am pretty sure its not a network issue , however could be a boundary issue , but i could not locate what exactly the issue is , please let me know how i can proceed ,
