    Hi Charfeddine,

    Hope you're doing well.

    1. Ensure that the scheduled task is running with the appropriate permissions. Make sure it has access to the necessary files and folders. When running Disk2vhd.exe via a scheduled task, it's essential to set the working directory correctly. Specify the full path to Disk2vhd.exe and the output VHDX file.
    2. Modify your scheduled task to redirect the output (both standard output and error output) to a log file. This way, you can check for any error messages or issues.
    3. Disk2vhd does not support the conversion of volumes with Bitlocker enabled. If your source drive has Bitlocker, turn it off and wait for the volume to be fully decrypted before running Disk2vhd. If you're dealing with a Bitlocker-encrypted drive, consider decrypting it first and then attempting the conversion.
    4. Since Disk2vhd is not officially supported on Windows 10 32-bit, consider alternative methods:

    (1) Use a 64-bit machine (if available) to create the VHDX file from the 32-bit Windows 10 system.

    (2) Create a bootable Windows PE USB drive with Disk2vhd and run it directly on the source machine. This avoids compatibility issues with the 32-bit OS.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
