Migrating Application Insights availability test alert rule to different Azure Subscription

After migrating the ApplicationInsights to a different Azure subscription, unable to find availability test alerts rule which gets automatically created for the Application Insights availability tests.

    You will need to manually recreate the availability tests in the new subscription with the same configuration as before, ensuring that alerts are enabled on these tests. Specifically, you should ensure that the condition 'where failed locations count is greater than or equal to 2' is set up as a metric alert. This manual step is necessary to restore the functionality of the availability tests and their associated alerts in your new subscription.
