Powerpoint will not let me insert online videos

On both the app and the online version, Powerpoint will not let me post online videos.

I have used the function couple weeks ago, and it worked fine, but all of a sudden it wont work today.

After going to Insert>Video> online video, I should be seeing a popup that allows me to insert a link.

The translation of the text is " ... problem with the page or has been moved permanently to a new address"

On the app, its just a blank screen.
