Fail to access Vision Studio

I have problem to create a new project in Vision Studio even though I'd created a few projects in Vision Studio before (now these were deleted).
How can I do? I'm stuck on this in a few days, it got refresh non-stop looping screen when I try to start a project.

    Are you using selected networks on the resource? If yes, kindly make sure your device IP is added to the list of authorized IPs.

    Are you able to use the service from SDK/API and facing this issue only in the studio? Or are you not able to use the service at all?

    Try and deploy a new resource without any restrictions and test if you can use the studio or not. Try in in at least two different regions and observe the behavior.
