how to assign operation permissions a resources

Hello,

I am new to Azure and I want to use it to convert text to speech.

when I creat the resources -> enter the speech studio and try to start the service, the system raised an error and say "You don't have operation permissions to [New], [Upload], [Export] according to the level of access you've assigned for the resource [] . Learn more about role-based access control in Speech Studio"

I am the only user for this service and I have set myself as the owner and the Cognitive Services User, but it still give me this message.

can anyone help?

I recommend you to set the permissions at subscription level. Also, here are a few things you can recheck to resolve the issue:

Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.

Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.
