Unable to transfer two-factor authentication to Microsoft authenticator

Hello everyone, I just bought a new phone and I want to transfer my two-factor authentication to it but I can't do it :(
I activated cloud backup and when I synchronize my new device the only 2fa that appears on my new phone is that of my Microsoft account and I do not see the others yet the passwords saved (not the 2fa) are present on my phone.
