Not exist "Text to Speech" action in Logic App

Hello,

I try repeat solution from:
tutorial https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/51364.logic-apps-101-text-to-speech-translation-using-logic-apps-and-text-to-speech-translator-api.aspx

but stuck on step 5, after "Detect language", where need add "text to speech" action, because i can not find this in search list

    Hi @Fedor Popelev

    Unfortunately as Microsoft Translator connector has been deprecated therefore you are not able to find text to speech action.
    We have Microsoft Translator V2 connector and currently there are only three action supported (Detect language, Get languages and Translate text).
