i want to delete my tenant account but i must Delete all license-based subscriptions. How to delete it because i checked no subscription in my tenant?

    License-based subscriptions are not resource-related subscriptions. Rather, they are licenses within your tenant. To view the license, sign in to the Admin portal by accessing admin.microsoft.com with a Global Admin user account.

    Once in the portal, click on Billing, then Your Products. You must ensure the licenses have been deleted before you can delete your tenant.

    NB: Some licenses might take days to delete after canceling them.
