Cannot login in Microsoft 365 developer Administrator account

Hello,
I'm having trouble logging into the Microsoft 365 Developer Program because I've lost access to my Google Authenticator app or Microsoft Authenticator app. When I try to sign in, it prompts me for a 2FA code from Authenticator as I think, which I can no longer retrieve due to losing my phone.
According to the article "Common problems with two-step verification for a work or school account," there should be alternative options available, such as using SMS verification. However, I am not seeing this option during my login attempts.
I can log into the account from which I requested access to the Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription. However, I am unable to access the account designated as Administrator in the Microsoft 365 trial developer subscription, which ends with @****.onmicrosoft.com.
Also I made screenshots but can't upload here, it types File(s) failed to upload.
Could someone please assist me in regaining access to my account?
