I know we can create alert rule by navigating to respective section of virtual machine.

what if I want to set of alert for the signal like CPU or memory goes more than 75 % for bunch of virtual machines, can we set up all machines at the subscription level, instead of going each vm and perform alert rule?

and second question can we create a dashboard for these VMs to monitor health , ram and cpu etc.

if so how.

Could you Please suggest.
