How can I view multiple Microsoft certifications earned under different emails in one account?

I passed two Microsoft exams (DP203 and PL300) using different emails for notifications. However, I can only see my DP203 certification details on my Microsoft certification dashboard. How can I view both certifications under my primary account (outlook mail id)?
