I need to create a CA certificate in the Key Vault,Then use the CA certificate to signature a new certificate,Please tell me where is the SDK for key vault to signature the certificate?

The Azure Key Vault SDKs provide libraries for using secrets, certificates, and keys in your application. To sign a certificate, you can use the Key Vault certificate client library for .NET. You can find sample code for using the library in the Quickstart: Azure Key Vault certificate client library for .NET here.
