If we are changing from Office 2016 Access runtime to Office 365 Access runtime, do we need to change the database.mdb file to the newer version of microsoft access ?

In MS Access 2016, we created a database , with the file called App1.accbd.

Users run this using access runtime. i.e. they have a shortcut to MSAccess.exe ( the access runtime version), so that it opens App1.accdb.

If we swap the access runtime version being used to the Office 365 version of Access runtime, will we need to open App1.accdb in Office 365 Access, or will it work without any alterations ?
