Cannot login to Sharepoint server central administrator

When I enter my user cred to log into sharepoint central administration following screen occur and instead having correct password I cannot able to log in

User's image And in another server The process stuck in following screen so from both of the server I cannot able to access into Sharepoint central administration

    When you are stuck in sharepoint product configuration wizard, it usually caused by the hardware and software environment doesn't support SharePoint 2016. You need to use One of the following server operating systems:

    • Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard or Datacenter
    • Windows Server 2016 Standard or Datacenter
    • Windows Server 2019 Standard or Datacenter
