This situation comes sometimes when the resource removal is not followed as per Microsoft recommendation.
What kind of error message you see while trying to delete the resources?
You can try a force Update of the resources through resources.Azure.com portal in the following way
- Visit resources.Azure.com portal and sign-in with your account.
- Find the Resource group and Vault: Subscription Name > resourceGroups > ResourceGroup Name > providers > Microsoft.Resources > deployments > find the vault you created there as below:
- Now, on the right-hand side window, of the resource group, try a force refresh by the 'PUT' button followed by 'EDIT' to do a force refresh of the resource group.
- Try deleting the resources after the step 3 is completed.
- If that doesn't help, you can try delete the deployment as indicated below and try a manual delete:
