    I assume you have Windows 11 Home right now? The edition of Windows installed is based upon the license associated with it. If you are using a Home license then you would need to swap it out for a Pro license.

    You tagged this as MS System Center so it isn't clear whether that is where you're trying to do this or not. For doing it manually you can read this KB article.

    To upgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 11 Pro:

    1. Open Settings: Press Windows + I.
    2. Go to Activation: Navigate to System > Activation.
    3. Upgrade: Click on Upgrade your edition of Windows.
    4. Enter Key: Enter a valid Windows 11 Pro product key.
    5. Restart: Follow the prompts and restart your device.

    This will enable BitLocker on your devices.
