Publishing an Ubuntu or SharePoint Online directory

Hi all.
I understand this sounds crazy. But nevertheless, I would be grateful if you provide theses that say that this is impossible to implement.
You need to publish a directory that is located on an Ubuntu server that is located in AWS and this server is not a member of the Azure Entra ID tenant and is not a member of ADDS. We need to make it available (connect) to SharePoint Online so that it is accessible to SharePoint users :)
I think the only way is to install OneDrive on Ubintu and sync data to that directory.
