Create an Azure virtual machine - Your deployment failed - Need Help

I was initially getting "Unable to locate package nginx" message when trying to install nginx package in the second step "Exercise - Create an Azure virtual machine". I googled the error and tried to restart the Sandbox session several times with no success so I tried to delete the VM in the Azure sandbox portal. I believe I deleted too much b/c now I am getting a deployment failed message when trying to create the azure vm initially.

Here is the error message:

Code: AuthorizationFailed Message: The client 'live.com#jhnfrance@gmail.com' with object id '27cd6bed-e833-405e-8a83-e28fb68d3943' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Resources/subscriptions/resourcegroups/read' over scope '/subscriptions/66934742-a2f4-4f94-ad7b-07a47d83d2bc/resourcegroups/cloud-shell-storage-southcentralus' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials. Correlation ID: e5bef7a0-c925-67fb-46d2-b1483a953df8

Please advise.

    Please wait for the sandbox to expire (it expires after 1 hour), Activate a new sandbox, and try the exercise again. If you get an error this time, please add a comment below with specific details of what you entered along with error message/screenshot/etc.
