Company Branding in Azure ADB2C - Cant edit or save

We are setting Azure B2C and at the moment arent able to edit the company branding.
We have followed the pre-requisite and have the necessary licenses and the roles but still unable to edit/configure the branding.
I have Microsoft Entra ID P1 license and Organizational Branding Administrator role
Has anyone else had this issue recently ? I saw some threads were similar issue was reported and fixed by MS but looks like it has surfaced again ?

I understand you are having trouble editing/configuring the company branding in Azure B2C.
Below are the prerequisites for adding custom branding.
Requires one of the following licenses and Organizational Branding Administrator role
- Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- SharePoint (Plan 1)
Additionally, it's important to note that company branding in Azure AD B2C is confined to customizations of the background image, banner logo, and background color. Other properties within the company branding pane, such as Advanced settings, are not supported.
Have you included any advanced settings for custom branding? Can you please try to save the custom branding without any advanced settings?

We have followed the pre-requisite and I have Microsoft Entra ID P1 license and Organizational Branding Administrator role
But our branding section is greyed out and it doesnt allow us to edit / upload or save .Attached is a screenshotCompany Branding.PNG

Are you using the global Azure cloud or a national cloud?
Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 editions are available for customers in China using the worldwide instance of Microsoft Entra ID. Microsoft Entra ID P1 or P2 editions aren't currently supported in the Azure service operated by 21Vianet in China.
If you are using the global Azure cloud, please try logging in with another browser or in private mode.

We are using the Azure Cloud. We are based in Australia. So, I would say Global Azure Cloud (Oceania).
Apart from Microsoft Entra ID P1 we don't have any other license displayed for us to be assigned.
We don't have the following licenses
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- SharePoint (Plan 1)
Would you know what is the best way forward for clients like us? The closest license we have is SharePoint (Plan 2) all part of Microsoft 365 E5 license.
I have the following license at the moment.
