Issue with Mailbox routing after Exchange Hybrid Migration

I work in an Exchange Hybrid environment and am currently migrating user mailboxes from Office 365 to our on-premises Exchange server using the cutover migration method. After completing the migration, the user appears to have moved to the on-premises Exchange server, but their mailbox still points to Office 365. Upon checking in Office 365, there is no mailbox associated with the user.

Based on your description, I know that after the migration is complete, the mailbox still points to O365, but there is no corresponding mailbox in O365.
Can you provide more information for the next step in troubleshooting?
1.Cutover is typically used to migrate mailboxes from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online, rather than from Exchange Online to on-premises. Are you migrating in EAC by the method in this article? Move mailboxes between on-premises and Exchange Online organizations in hybrid deployments | Microsoft Learn. If no, could you provide a specific process or reference article about your migration?
2.What is your current migration status? Has the migration been completed? If it hasn't been done yet, you can wait for the results to be observed.
3.Given that there is no mailbox associated with the user in O365 as you described, is the mailbox located on the Exchange on-premises or is there no mailbox locally or online?
4.Check that the DNS records are configured correctly to ensure that they point to the local exchange server and not O365.
