Microsoft Outlook :-How to Reply to an email to a configured email ID with one click on a button available in the email body

Hi Team,

We have a requirement on Microsoft outlook to reply to an email to a configured email ID with one click on a button available in the email body. Currently, it opens the mail and sends only after clicking on "Send to." We want to skip the additional steps of opening the mail and clicking on "Send to."

I tried to implement sending the notification with one click using VBScript, but I'm not sure how to add this into Outlook and execute it when clicking on the button available in the email body. Is there any way to create an add-on using the script below and call it when the user clicks on a button event? Please suggest.

Please suggest if there is any other approaches for above requirement? Please let me know if you need any additional details.
