Request for Quota Increase for Standard DPLDSv5 Family vCPUs

I am trying to deploy an Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) cluster in the Norway East region under my Azure for Students subscription. However, I encountered a quota exceeded error with the following details:

"Preflight validation check for resource(s) for container service demo in resource group demo failed. Message: Preflight validation check for resource(s) for container service demo in resource group MC_demo_demo_norwayeast failed. Message: Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved standardDPLDSv5Family Cores quota. Current Limit: 0, Current Usage: 0, Additional Required: 2."

I attempted to request a quota increase through the Azure Portal, but the request was not automatically approved. Please assist in adjusting the quota to allow for the deployment of my AKS cluster. I require a new limit of at least 2 vCPUs for the Standard DPLDSv5 Family in the Norway East region.

    Hello, @Ahmad Hassanpour !

Why am I not able to get quota for DPLDSv5 VMs in Norway?

The Azure products by region page used to have a better reference for VM SKUs, but Norway is not a supported region for the Dpldsv5-series. I would recommend trying North Europe or UK South.

If you are set on using Norway East as your region, let me know what your compute requirements are and I would be happy to suggest an alternative VM SKU.
